What to send
- Incorrect output. The tool, the input, the result you got and the result you expected. These are fixed first.
- Vendor syntax drift. RouterOS, Junos and NX-OS syntax moves between releases. Tell us the version you are running.
- Missing tools. Describe the job to be done rather than the UI - it usually leads to a better tool.
What we cannot help with
We do not provide free network design consulting, troubleshooting for third-party equipment, or lookups against private infrastructure. For Netvorx Pro commercial work, mention it in your message.
